Your ZERO HALLIBURTON product is made with the highest quality components and workmanship. However, over time, it is possible that your case may need repair or replacement parts.
If you need to send us an item for repair, please call 1 (866) 210-5512 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number from our Customer Service Department. The RA Number helps us track your item while it is here for repair. Unfortunately, items are not accepted without an RA Number; your RA Number should be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Along with your case, please include a note with the RA Number as well as details indicating the service that is requested. In addition, please include your contact information: name, address, cell phone number, and e-mail address.
Special note: all repairs should be carefully packaged in its original packaging or closest equivalent. Unfortunately, ZERO HALLIBURTON cannot accept unboxed merchandise and is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend that you ship your case via a shipment method that includes a tracking number to monitor the delivery status and ensure proper documentation of receipt.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Each of the Zero Halliburton, Inc. (“ZHI”) luggage products is manufactured to the highest industry standards and is covered by the ZHI Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”). The ZHI Limited Lifetime Warranty protects the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is non-transferable and runs from the original date of purchase.
As there are different grades in quality and materials for our luggage products, the “lifetime” coverage of the warranty relates to the anticipated useful life of the product and is dictated by the type of material from which the luggage is constructed:
Nylon and Leather (except small goods and accessory)
Three (3) years
*Zero Halliburton product from an authorized store or dealer (except outlet store), you will be covered by our limited warranty.
If a covered manufacturing defect arises during the applicable warranty period, the original purchaser should:
- Promptly notify ZHI of the claim so that a claim and tracking number may be assigned to the repair/claim; details of the claim and proof of purchase (you should make a copy of the receipt for your records) must be provided as part of this initial intake process so that ZHI can determine whether the claim is covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty;
- If approved, ship the luggage to the ZHI authorized repair center, cost of freight prepaid; and
- ZHI will repair the luggage and ship it back to you free of charge.
If the claim is determined not to be covered, ZHI will still repair the luggage provided you pre-pay the reasonable estimated costs of repair.
Exclusions and other conditions:
All consequential or incidental damages are specifically disclaimed and will not be covered. For example, this means that damage to contents, loss of use and/or loss of time, are examples of consequential or incidental damages that would not be covered by the ZHI Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including wear and tear of moving component parts such as wheels, zippers and handles) and/or misuse; nor, for example, does the ZHI warranty cover cosmetic wear or cleaning that does not affect functionality.
Damage caused by the airlines and other common carriers are specifically disclaimed.

Zero Halliburton ships via UPS exclusively unless otherwise specified. You may request UPS Next-Day air or Second-Day air during the checkout process, additional charges will apply. For items that are in stock, please allow 2 – 7 business days for delivery. It is normal that orders received by 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders received on a non-business day should be shipped within 48 hours after the first returning business day. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PREVENT LOSS OF PRODUCTS. To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer free returns for the products that for some reasons did not met our customer’s expectations. You can create a return request right from your customer account.
ZERO Halliburton unconditionally guarantees all merchandise purchased online through zerohalliburton.com, for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or defective item for a prompt exchange or refund, excluding personalized or custom items. Returned items must be placed and shipped in the original packaging.
If you should wish to return an item, please call 1-866-210-5512 to receive a Returned Goods Authorization number. No returned goods can be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number. With your RGA number, simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your RGA number, and wrap the package securely in its original packaging.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
Please note that we can only process return and refunds for items purchased at zerohalliburton.com, as identified by your unique web order code.
ZERO Halliburton will pay all UPS return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us. Please call 1-866-210-5512 to receive a Return Goods Authorization number. No returned goods can be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number. The returned item must be in its original packaging.
New items are protected by Zero Halliburton against defects for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. After that time, please refer to the warranty policy.
You may return unused items sold by Zero Halliburton for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all “hang tags” attached and in the original box.
Your credit card will be credited for the price of the case and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Zero Halliburton has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Any ZERO Halliburton product that has been engraved is final sale and cannot be returned.
